Who doesn't love something soft, comfortable and loose to wear especially on hot summer days? But with my increasing interest in a more sustainable approach to my wardrobe, I was also interested to read about this fair trade and eco-friendly business, Hippie Pants. Their products are designed and handmade in Thailand by local artisans then shipped direct to the customer. The company was founded in 2015 by a group of friends who love travelling, love Thailand and love harem pants and yoga pants.
They asked if I would like to try out a pair of their cotton ocean pants! I am not into yoga (I have tried) but I do love a pair of comfortable trousers I can wear around the house on down days and evenings, I don't do pyjama's so I like to search out alternatives.

About eighteen months ago I was really struggling with quite severe stress and needed to find a way to take some time out and relax. Phone free time, me time, where I wasn't distracted by the constant to do list in my head or text notifications! So I started to get a regular massage or reiki treatment. Now I would love to be able to do this weekly but I do try very hard to do it at least monthly. Recently I was asked if I would like to go along and try out a massage at The Massage Company.
The Massage Company is a new concept in massage provision in the UK. Their mission is to make high quality, regular massage more accessible to everyone. I know I have too many clothes, well probably too much of a lot of things but especially clothes! I've been thinking about it a lot more just recently. Sustainable fashion is more than just the buzzword of the moment, it isn't going away and we are starting to see many more ethical brands and initiatives which can only be a good thing. I recently attended an event with Aspiga and learnt about their approach which was so enlightening (see this post if you missed it). Is there any difference between bio identical HRT and body identical HRT or are they the same thing? This question has been confusing me for a while and clearly confuses others too from posts I have seen on support groups and chatting to friends. I wrote a post about my own journey through perimenopause and my decision to take HRT (read it here) but I still felt it was confusing and I wanted to research further so that the information I share on my blog is as clear as it can be. So this is a fairly short post but hopefully it will still be helpful.
